Shipping

We normally ship on the same business day if payment is received before 2pm. However, processing time could take up to 2 business days during the busy time of year. Unless there is a state of emergency, we will notify our buyer of any delay to the shipment by email. Please keep in mind that shipping charge includes administrative fees, packaging material and labor, delivery service, fuel charges and insurance. Each and every package is fully insured and signature required. 10% restocking fee may apply if delivery is returned/refused.
